NOTE: whatever thing you do it must be eventually be authorised by the admin before go live.

  1. Always clone the Theme: [template] – Draft
  2. in your cloned post update:
  • title (Theme: nameofyourtheme)
  • main screenshot
    • The screenshot must be taken from the Status/overview page
    • The screenshot must be named after your mytheme.jpg
    • Use the add/media button to upload the two files (theme and screenshot).
    • Do not upload anything else
  • name (This is the name of the file you upload without the .zip extension)
  • Description (if any but it is suggested to add something)
  • Additional screenshot if any

5) Assign to the “Tomato category” and any other optional subcategory

6) Publish the post

An advice: if you have created a nice base template please do consider uploading multiple version changing only e.g. background or logo or one colour or else. The idea being users administering multiple tomato will easily distinguish between devices using the multiple versions of your template. You can call your templates sequentially e.g.:asushawk1, asushawk2, asushawk3, asushawk4, asushawk5, a.s.o. You can still use a single post to present them. A new post shall be used to present a totally different type of template.
